【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesthesignallingprotocolforthesupportoftheSingleStepCallTransfersupplementaryservice(SS-SSCT)attheQreferencepointbetweenPrivateIntegratedNetworkserviceseXchanges(PINXs)connectedtogetherwithinaPrivateIntegratedServicesNetwork(PISN).SS-SSCTisasupplementaryservicewhichenablesauser,userA,totransformanexistingcallbetweenuserAanduserBintoanewcallbetweenuserBandauserCwherebyuserAdoesnothaveacallestablishedwithuserCpriortocalltransfer.TheQreferencepointisdefinedinISO/IEC11579-1.ServicespecificationsareproducedinthreestagesandaccordingtothemethodspecifiedinETS300387.ThisInternationalStandardcontainsthestage3specificationfortheQreferencepointandsatisfiestherequirementsidentifiedbythestage1andstage2specificationsinISO/IEC19459.ThesignallingprotocolforSS-SSCToperatesontopofthesignallingprotocolforbasiccircuitswitchedcallcontrol,asspecifiedinISO/IEC11572,andusescertainaspectsofthegenericproceduresforthecontrolofsupplementaryservicesspecifiedinISO/IEC11582.ThisInternationalStandardalsospecifiesadditionalsignallingprotocolrequirementsforthesupportofinteractionsattheQreferencepointbetweenSingleStepCallTransferandothersupplementaryservicesandANFs.ThisInternationalStandardisapplicabletoPINXswhichcaninterconnecttoformaPISN.
